Ground fighting tactics in confined spaces, ground avoidance measures, and ground techniques under SB217. Sergeant Justin Dodge, of the Denver Police Department, has been a student of martial arts for 27 years. He holds black belts in both Judo and Jiu-Jitsu. Justin has also been in Law Enforcement for 25 years, and has been assigned to DPD’s METRO SWAT for 17 years. He was one of the owners/instructors of The Jit Pit, Parker, prior to the business falling victim to COVID.

ACT/DT instructors recommended, as well as familiarity with ground techniques (wrestling or Jiu-Jitsu).
